Hi, I am looking for a house mate. especially non-korean who can use english~!!

Living at sindorim station, it''s not far from the station. (5 min to walk) the house is apartment 15 flore.

this APT is next D''cube city.
if you had experience living in seoul, you will know, this station is very easy of access.
it take 15 min from the station from hongik unversity, or sinchon,
and it take 25 min to gangnam station,
(this station is transfer station of 1 and 2 line, )


Very Clean and convenient with laundry machine, freezer, gas.
Every house have loft so there is enough space to living with 2 girls.

I am looking for a For who is clean, calm and also we can teach korean and english,

room is enough to use yourself,
if you see directly the room, you can agree,
the room has window, is big to use yourself,
and i prepared standard furniture, and i have a piano, a guitar, if you use instrument, you can)  

 

and monthly rent is 300,000 won , it include the maintenance cost of an apartment house.
