We will be travelling by KTX to Gangneung where we are having a great trip on the East Coast of Korea! While there you will learn how to surf, cook traditional Gangwon-do food, and stop by an art festival. The net price for all of this trip and activities is usually 130,000won but thanks to Gangwan-do sponsors this trip is just 50,000won for our early bird price and 65,000won for our regular price!
- Travel to the East Coast in just 2 hours to the city of Gangeung and back to Seoul thanks to KTX (Usually 53,000won or more)
- Learn how to cook traditional Gangwon-do foods: Seafood bibimbob, potato tortillas, and a pure bean salad (해물비빔밥, 감자또띠아, 초당순두부샐러드). We will cook this all together and eat it afterwards for lunch (Usually 20,000won)
- Stop by Kyungpo Beach to see the Gangneung International Junior Art Festival being set up and see the junior performers practicing
- Learn how to surf from expert instructors, learn the very basics of surfing (Usually 60,000won for lessons and free time)
- Go ride the waves in the ocean
- Beach free time where you can still surf, swim, or relax in the sun
- This is the start of the travelling and touring season so traffic is usually very bad, with KTX you don’t need to worry about uncertain travel times

The price is only 50,000won by July 18 and this price includes
– Round trip KTX tickets
– English speaking guide
– Chartered bus for Gangeung travel
– Cooking and eating experience
– Surfing lessons and gear
Please book early as the places will be allocated on a first-come-first-served basis. Trip payment must be made within 48 hours after reservation. If not, your reservation will be cancelled.
How to Pay for Trips
1.You can use ATM machines or online banking to wire payments directly from your bank account to Adventure Korea’s account, Shinhan Bank account no: 140-011-581081 under the name of (주)더에이케이트래블
2.Otherwise, you can visit any bank in Korea and have a teller wire the funds on your behalf.
3.You can pay via paypal to adventurekoreatrip@gmail.com
If you use paypal, 1 usd is same as 1,000won.

3 days before the trip: 50% refund (72 hours from the departure time)

07:30am Meet at Cheongnyangni Station (KTX) at the front of Traveler Center on the 3rd floor of the station
