[Caravan use and precautions]
1. Standard and maximum number of people
-Rooms 1-6 (family type): standard 4 people, maximum 4 people (2 adults, 2 children)
-Room B, C (Deluxe): Standard 5 people, maximum 6 people (4 adults, 2 children)
-Room D (Spa Caravan): Standard 2 people, Max 2 people (2 adults)-Spa facilities equipped
-Additional people other than the maximum number of people are absolutely not allowed to enter the room, and in case of violation, they may be taken out.
2. Guide to entering and leaving
1) Check-in and check-out time
-Check-in: 2pm ~ 9pm
-Check-out: Until 11am the next day
* Please contact us in advance if you are coming later than 9pm.
-It is not possible to extend the check-out time.
2) Entrance information
-When entering, please visit the Welcome Center and receive information.
-To prevent resale of reservations and to confirm minors, please be sure to bring your ID card or mobile phone to the person making the reservation.
-Please be informed that if there is more than the standard number of guests or false facts, you may be taken out.
3) Check-out information
-Please make sure to separate garbage for the next customer before leaving the room.
-When checking out, please check if there are any forgotten items, and if there is any lost item, please call (061-275-1596) or contact the customer center.
-When checking out, please return all the equipment in place and apply for check-out at the Welcome Center. The staff can visit, check and check out.
-Expenses incurred by damage to equipment due to careless use will be charged to the customer.
3. Caravan User Guide
-Please use the facilities and equipment in the caravan cleanly for the next customer.
-Personal toiletries are not provided.
-No additional cutlery, bedding, etc. will be provided in addition to the standard capacity.
-A tent and outdoor table are installed on the outdoor deck.
-Electric reel wire is not provided.
-Please be careful not to cause a safety accident due to the temporary equipment installed by the customer (tents, electric wiring, etc.)
(In the event of a safety accident, the responsibility for compensation lies with the installation customer).
4. Caravan equipment list
-Home appliances: TV, inverter stove, microwave, rice cooker, air conditioner and warmer, refrigerator, electric kettle, hair dryer

Cancellation Policy
We have to pay deposits for these trips with the different accommodations and activity places. If you cancel at the last minute, we are losing money as well. Therefore, we have put into place this cancellation policy. By paying for the trip you agree to this cancellation policy.
If you have paid and would like a refund we have a three week policy. This policy is as follows:
