A Seamless Corporate Team Building Experience
We had the pleasure of organizing a unique corporate team building program in Seoul for Accor Singapore. The goal was to create an experience that combined cultural immersion with interactive collaboration, allowing participants to connect while exploring some of the city’s most iconic locations.
Exploring Tradition at Bukchon Hanok Village
The day began in the historic streets of Bukchon Hanok Village, where participants were introduced to Korean architecture and atmosphere. Within this setting, teams took part in a series of engaging missions designed to promote communication, problem solving and teamwork.
To elevate the experience, two of our staff members took on the role of “Squid Game” soldiers, adding a playful and competitive element to the activities. This creative touch energized participants and made the experience more memorable and immersive.
Cultural Engagement at Changdeokgung Palace
Following the activities in Bukchon, the program continued at Changdeokgung Palace, one of Seoul’s most significant historical landmarks. Here, participants engaged in additional team based missions set within the palace grounds.
The combination of cultural heritage and interactive challenges created a dynamic environment where teams could collaborate while experiencing the richness of Korean history.

As organizers, our focus was on delivering a well balanced program that blended culture, engagement and teamwork. By carefully designing each element of the day, we ensured that participants enjoyed the experience and strengthened their connection with one another.
