For years now, Adventure Korea has always tried to emphasize the benefits of a good team spirit by providing unforgettable team building experiences to corporations.
And today wasn’t an exception : ByteDance joined us for a superb sunny afternoon for a cityteering activity in Bukchon Hanok Village.
And the choice of Bukcheon makes sense.
What a better option to explore and immerse yourself in the Korean old history and culture than taking part in this rewarding experience in this peaceful neighbourhood. We were very lucky the weather was on our side which made this afternoon an even more pleasant moment for everybody.
But before starting the actual cityteering activity, we enjoyed small warm-up games altogether to strengthen each group’s connection and create a form of competition between each one.
First of all, every group was tasked with a special mission : finding a group name and a battle cry, and after a short brainstorming moment, it finally was show time. A friendly atmosphere and funny moments filled with many laughs, even acrobatic and dancing skills.
Of course, the winning team was gratified with an extra 5 points, the battle was tight, but what a funny way to get close to your colleagues.
Afterwards, the different teams got into a funny playful time, playing games such as the iconic Ddakji from Squid Game. And once again, the winners were granted with a +5 points bonus which led to a burst of enthusiasm from the participants. A very funny moment!
Then, when all the winners were announced and the games were done, the teams prepared themselves and armed with a map, a compass, a pen and their mission paper, they started their way in Bukchon for a thrilling 1:30 mission.
With this team-building event, not only they enjoyed a playful time filled with laughter. But they also enhanced their team spirit and created new bounds that will surely bolster their future work as a team.
