You may know Busan as it’s South Korea’s most famous seaside resort.
Easily reachable from Seoul as it only takes 2 hours and a half with the KTX train line, Busan is the perfect destination to enjoy a sunny week-end by the sea and to release pressure.
In Busan you will be able to enjoy diverse types of activities that will make your trip unforgettable.
Busan Tower:
37-55 Yongdusan-gil dung-gu, Busan
In Nampo-gu stands the Busan tower, the emblem of the city. This 120 meters tower is established at the Yongdusan park up the hills. You can make your way to the top of the tower and enjoy a 365 degrees view over Busan and its port. Take part in an interactive game online with the different QR codes displayed all the way up and down the tower.
Then, on your way down, take the time to look at the various themed rooms and all the details in the sets and pose for the pictures!

How to get there: Subway line 1, Nampo station exit 7 and walk to the site/ take bus 8; 15; 30 or 40 and disembark at the nearest station
Hwangnyeong Mountain Observatory Spot
391-39 Hwangnyeongsan-ron, Namgu, Busan
Located in the center of the city, near Gwangalli Beach, the Hwangnyeongsan Observatory offers the most stunning panoramic view of Busan. Famous for its breath-taking view for the sunset, it’s even more impressive at night with all the city lights. The perfect site for a picnic or a date with your friends or partner.
For the bravest, you can attend the hike from the bottom of the mountain. However beware the gradient is extremely high, for those who don’t have the ideal physical condition we highly recommend taking a taxi.

Blue Line train and Sky capsule
13 Dalmaji-gil 62 Beon-gil, Haeundae-gu, Busan
Probably one of the most popular attractions in Busan and also the most visited is the blue line. This train line rides all along the coast and offers an amazing view between the surrounding forest on one side and to the sea on the other side.
Two options are available, the train that rides from the Mipo station to the Songjeong station or the Sky Capsule, the little individual wagons (that can host a maximum of four people) that only ride between the Mipo and the Chongsapo Stations.
Nevertheless, keep in mind that this is a very popular place and the tickets are only sold from day to day, so you should make a reservation online or buy a ticket to the office desk early in the day before everything is sold out.
The train takes about 20 minutes to reach the last station and the Sky capsule ride takes 30 minutes, just enough to let you enjoy the view.

Prices: 8,000 (train ride); 40,000 (Sky capsule, you can not any individual ticket, this is the two people price)
How to get there:
- Mipo Station: Subway line 2, Jung-dong station exit 7 and walk 10 minutes
- Chongsapo Station: Subway line 2, Jangsan station, transfer to Haeundae2 Bus and get off at Blue Line Park
- Songjeong station: Subway line 2, Jangsan station exit 5, transfer to bus 185 and get off at the nearest station
Busan x The Sky tower
30 Dalmaji-gil, Haeundae-gu, Busan
In Haeundae, just behind the Haeundae Beach you can easily find the Busan x The Sky tower. This 411 meter tall building is the tallest building in Busan and the 2nd tallest in South Korea.
It’s also an observatory spot that you can access to get a 365 degrees view over the city and the ocean. Up to the top: the 98th, the 99th and the 100th floors, you can discover a hypnotising view of the waves hitting the shore. The perfect type of activity for a couple, a family or even alone if you like quiet and peaceful activities.

Prices: 27,000 won (adults); 24,000 (kids and seniors)
How to get there: Subway line 2, Jung-dong station, exit 7 and 10 minutes walk / take bus 39, 100, 141, 200 or 139, 1003 and drop-off at the nearest stations
