On June 1, 2026, Adventure Korea organized a team building activity day for a global health insurance company in Seoul. The event was designed as a company incentive experience and gave participants the chance to step away from the usual workplace setting.
Inspired by Korea’s famous Running Man style of challenges, the program turned the city into a space for teamwork and friendly competition. Teams moved through IFC Mall and The Hyundai Seoul while completing missions that tested communication, creativity, and quick thinking.
Participants completed missions at IFC Mall and The Hyundai Seoul, two of Seoul’s busiest shopping and lifestyle spaces. Located in the city’s major financial and investment district, these venues gave the experience an active and modern feel. Each mission encouraged participants to work together, make group decisions, and support one another under time pressure.
The challenges also introduced participants to parts of Korean culture. Teams searched for Korean products and completed interactive tasks connected to their surroundings. They also tried traditional Korean games such as Biseokchigi, which added a playful cultural element to the day.
Throughout the event, the focus stayed on teamwork. Participants had to listen to each other, share ideas, and stay organized while moving from one challenge to the next. The competitive format kept the energy high, but the real goal was to build stronger connections between colleagues.
By the end of the program, the group had shared plenty of laughter and memorable moments. Events like this help employees build trust outside the office. They also give teams a chance to practice problem-solving in a setting that feels fun and natural.
For a global company with teammates from all around the world, the activity was more than a day out in Seoul. It was a chance for employees to collaborate in a new environment and return with stronger team spirit.
