American vegetarian Christian Oviedo is the owner of Nammi Plant Lab. He has devoted his life to developing innovative and enticing vegetarian cuisine using plant-based components to make vegetarians’ lives simpler. In addition, he once traveled around Asia, stopping in China, Korea, and Japan before relocating to Seoul. He has been staying here for the past five years, supporting himself by working at the vegetarian restaurant Nammi Plant Lab in Gangnam.
